Founded in 2022 in Jacó, Puntarenas. We were land surveyors and GIS engineers who spent too many hours chasing paper planos and calling registry offices. We built DSCR to give buyers and developers the data they actually need—delivered in 24 hours, not 3 weeks.
Today we operate across all 7 provinces, pairing DJI Zenmuse L1 LiDAR hardware with live feeds from SIRI, ISRIC SoilGrids, USGS seismic databases, and Open-Meteo climate models to produce the most complete land intelligence reports available in Central America.
